Welcome to the Hemingword Academy

The Hemingword Academy is a free learning space designed to help English learners gain confidence, clarity, and control in their use of English grammar.

This project is born out of love for words and inspired by my time volunteering with ENGin, where I work with bright, motivated Ukrainian students eager to improve their English skills. I created this resource so they, and learners like them, have a reliable, easy-to-understand reference they can come back to anytime.

Who it’s for

The Academy is for anyone learning English as a second (or third!) language. It’s especially useful for intermediate learners who understand the basics but want to sharpen their grammar and feel more confident using English every day.
